Note from Greg: I grew up with three older brothers, so needless to say sports and competition have always been a big part of my life. I played football and tennis through high school, but focused on tennis in college, playing at Walsh University for 4 years.
After I graduated, I started to gain weight and was getting out of shape. I heard about CrossFit from two of my brothers, and decided to check out a local box. I was hooked almost immediately, by the amazing community, challenging workouts and by the huge improvements I could see in my fitness.
After about 6 months I decided to get my L1 certification, and began helping out coaching, and trying to learn as much as I could about CrossFit and all that it entails. CrossFit has become a huge passion of mine, and every day I try to work as hard as I can to improve as a coach as well as an athlete.
